Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 100 g diced ham
- 100 ml milk
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Farmer’s style
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the milk. Add the chives and salt and mix with a hand mixer. Brown the ham in a hot pan and pour in the eggs. Break the eggs up from the bottom of the pan repeatedly until the mixture is set. Serve with plain bread and butter.
