Gratinated ravioli with zucchini

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 800 g ravioli with spinach filling, fresh
  • 20 g butter
  • ½ bunch basil, chopped
  • 200 g cheese (Fontina), grated
  • salt water
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the zucchini. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Crush the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook the ravioli in salted water for about 4 minutes and drain. Arrange the zucchini and ravioli in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with basil and cheese and bake for about 5 minutes at 200°C.
