Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g zucchini
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- 800 g ravioli with spinach filling, fresh
- 20 g butter
- ½ bunch basil, chopped
- 200 g cheese (Fontina), grated
- salt water
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Slice the zucchini. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Crush the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook the ravioli in salted water for about 4 minutes and drain. Arrange the zucchini and ravioli in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with basil and cheese and bake for about 5 minutes at 200°C.
