Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g zucchini
- 4 tbsp flour
- 75 ml milk or beer
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- possibly pepper
- Oil for frying

Wash the zucchini and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Place them in a colander to drain the water and season with salt. Let stand for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, make the batter from flour, egg, salt, and milk or beer. The batter should be slightly thicker. Heat the oil in a pan and toss a few zucchini slices at a time in the batter, frying until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
