Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, dried
- ½ bottle of white wine, from Italy
- 1 sprig(s) of thyme
- 1 sprig(s) marjoram
- 1 sprig(s) of oregano
- 1 sprig(s) tarragon
- 1 sprig(s) basil
- 125 ml olive oil
- some pepper
- 1 pepper, red, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes
Dried tomatoes, spicy pickled
Bring the white wine to a boil and reduce the heat. If you prefer the tomatoes to be a little softer, let it simmer briefly to taste. Otherwise, pour the stock over the tomatoes. Once cooled, mix with the finely chopped herbs. Season with pepper and chili pepper, then add to the oil and let it marinate.
