Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of puff pastry (frozen, 10 sheets)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 package of cheese of your choice (e.g. Emmental)
  • 1 package bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • some water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry, then brush all edges with water and fold in about 1 cm, pressing firmly. Dice the onion and finely chop the chives. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Use less salt, as the bacon is also salty. Fill the center of the folded puff pastry sheets with the crème fraîche, then sprinkle over the bacon, onion, chives, and finally the cheese. Bake according to the instructions on the puff pastry package.
