Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ chicken, grilled
- 3 large onions
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ cucumber(s)
- Salt
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 75 g sour cream
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken into pieces. Slice the onion into rings. Chop the herbs separately. Peel, grate, and salt the cucumber. Crush the garlic, mix with the cream, crème fraîche, dill, and vinegar. Stir in the grated cucumber, salt, and pepper. Fry the chicken and onions in hot oil. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, Provençal herbs, and parsley. Serve with the tzatziki.
