quick, easy and delicious

First, put the water on for the pasta, peel the garlic and chop it finely. Once the water is boiling, add the salt and add the pasta to the pot and cook until al dente, depending on the type of pasta. Heat the olive oil (or chili oil if you like it spicier) in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and tomato paste, finely chop the anchovies and add them to the pan. Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes and chili peppers and chop them into very small pieces. Just before the pasta is ready, sauté both briefly in the pan. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, tossing it a few times. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a few basil leaves for garnish.
