Avocado tuna spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 handful of tomatoes (mini tomatoes, tomato berries)
  • 1 dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ can tuna
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • some basil leaves, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Simply

Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin into a small bowl. Mash it with a fork. Cut the cucumber quarter into small pieces and halve the tomato berries. Add all ingredients and mix well. It tastes more intense if you squeeze in fresh garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. I like fresh, whole basil leaves in this spread. It goes well with whole-grain rye crispbread.
