Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 onions, red
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- basil
- Pepper, coarse black
- Salt

very simple and good!
Peel the onions and halve or quarter them. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place the onions and garlic in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste, season with salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Braise in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the onions are almost cooked. Dice the feta and add it to the onions. Braise for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped basil.
