Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 small onions
- 4 pepper, mild, from the jar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the feta cheese in a lightly oiled, ovenproof dish. Dice the tomatoes, finely slice the bell peppers, and finely slice the onions and chili peppers. Spread everything over the feta cheese. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs, and pour over the feta cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Serve with baguette, ciabatta, or flatbread.
