Baked feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • chives
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • white bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and arrange half of each half on two 30 cm long pieces of aluminum foil. Slice the tomatoes and place them on top of the onion rings. Halve the feta cheese into two flat slices and place them on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with chives and seal the foil pieces into small bags. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Remove the bags, place them on plates, and serve with white bread (ciabatta is best).
