Pizza, half topped with tuna and onions and half with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 370 g tomatoes, chunky, seasoned
  • 75 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 30 g olives
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in 200 ml of lukewarm water. Knead it with the flour, salt, and oil until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven (225°C electric oven, 200°C fan oven, gas mark 4). Thinly slice the mushrooms, dice the cooked ham, drain the tuna, and slice the onions. Briefly knead the dough, roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and spread the seasoned tomatoes on top. Top one half with mushrooms and cooked ham, the other half with tuna, onions, and olives. Spread the grated cheese on the pizza and bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes.
