Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- 200 g mascarpone
- 150 g ham, finely sliced
- 150 g mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- Oregano, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Halve the mushrooms and then slice them thinly. Sauté the mushrooms, then add the ham and cook for a while. Add the mascarpone and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Finally, stir the penne into the mascarpone sauce.
