Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ dried chili pepper(s), finely chop
- 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled (mashed finely)
- 100 ml water
- 2 small cans of tomato paste
- marjoram
- oregano
- Thyme
- Paprika powder, hot
- Salt
- Sugar
- oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat (with 2 tablespoons of oil), onion, garlic clove, and chili pepper(s). Add the tomato(s), water, and tomato paste. Season to taste and simmer slightly. Serve with spaghetti, of course! TIP: Cook (although somewhat unusually) in a wok, as it’s easier to push the minced meat aside.
