Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ dried chili pepper(s), finely chop
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled (mashed finely)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 small cans of tomato paste
  • marjoram
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Original recipe from Italy

Brown the minced meat (with 2 tablespoons of oil), onion, garlic clove, and chili pepper(s). Add the tomato(s), water, and tomato paste. Season to taste and simmer slightly. Serve with spaghetti, of course! TIP: Cook (although somewhat unusually) in a wok, as it’s easier to push the minced meat aside.
