Greek-style pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
  • 150 ml salad dressing with herbs
  • 1 pack of pizza dough (from the refrigerated section)
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 175 g feta cheese
  • 75 g olives, pitted black
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Combine the onion and bell pepper, drizzle with the dressing, and let stand, covered. Unroll the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven, and let cool. Drain the onion and bell pepper, discarding the dressing. Dice the mozzarella and crumble the feta. Sprinkle the pizza base with mozzarella. Spread the vegetable mixture and olives on top. Sprinkle with feta and thyme. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the feta is golden brown. Serve hot.
