Stuffed pizza rolls with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 kg flour
  • Water, lukewarm
  • 2 packs of ham
  • 2 bags of cheese, grated
  • Oregano and basil
  • 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water and add salt (do not allow yeast to come into direct contact with salt). Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and knead with the water to form a dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about half an hour. Then cut the dough into small pieces and roll out into many small pizzas. Fill with cheese and ham, season with oregano and basil, and shape into small balls. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
