Spaghetti with tomato – mozzarella

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water as usual. Finely dice the tomatoes and fry in a pan with oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the drained spaghetti and fry briefly. Stir in the mozzarella, cut into small cubes (or the halved mozzarella balls), and some feta cheese. Season again with the Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil, if desired. This also tastes great with leftover pasta from the day before. Serve with focaccia or a simple baguette.
