Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork chops
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 200 ml cream
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- Butter for the mold
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Season the chops with salt and pepper and place them in a buttered baking dish. Combine the cheese, cream, and garlic and pour over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven (220°C, top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes.
