Zucchini with tuna filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50 g chopped tomatoes (tetra pack)
  • 50 g noodles (fine soup noodles)
  • 1 can of tuna, natural (150 g)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rinse the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in oil. Add the tomato paste, chopped tomato paste, and raw pasta. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Tear the tuna into pieces, fold in, and season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking sheet. Place the zucchini halves on top and fill with the tuna mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on each zucchini half. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve garnished with salad, if desired.
