Rooibos iced tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tsp tea (rooibos tea vanilla)
  • 1 liter of water, hot
  • 1 liter orange juice, cold
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar (to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Brew the rooibos tea in hot water until strong. Chill in the freezer. Once cooled, mix with the orange juice and stir to taste. A hit in summer.
