Rice pan with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 100 g Parmesan or Pecorino, freshly grated
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 300 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • Salt (herb salt)
  • pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Italian style with garlic

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Fry the minced meat with pepper and herb salt in heated olive oil. Clean the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil. Meanwhile, squeeze 4 garlic cloves and finely chop them with the basil. Mix with the grated cheese. Combine the cooked rice with the minced meat, mushrooms, natural yogurt, and the cheese-basil-garlic mixture. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Serve immediately.
