Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, of your choice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 bag of rice
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with mustard and sour cream
Peel and finely dice the onion. Trim and finely dice the bell peppers. Fry the ground beef until crisp, then reduce the heat. Now add the onion and cook. Meanwhile, add the rice. Once the onion and ground beef are nicely cooked, add the diced bell peppers (depending on how soft you want the peppers, you can add them earlier or later). After a few minutes, stir in the mustard and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
