Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fettucine)
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and return it to the pot. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Add the Parmesan cheese and cream and bring to a boil, stirring. Stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta and mix well. Serve immediately.
