Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g feta cheese 40% dry matter
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the tomato into small cubes. Purée the remaining ingredients with a hand blender, then mix in the tomato. Finally, season to taste. Serve with fresh ciabatta.
