Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 lemons, untreated
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 5 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for ossobuco

Finely grate the lemon zest. Chop the parsley, peel the garlic cloves, and finely dice them. Mix everything together. Sprinkle the ossobuco with gremolata just before serving.
