Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g margarine or butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 500 ml broth or milk or half and half
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with eggs or fish

Heat the margarine or butter and sauté the flour in it. Add the liquid and season the sauce with mustard, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Serve with hard-boiled eggs or boiled fish.
