Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 750 ml chicken broth
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 large egg(s)
- ¼ bunch parsley, flat, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Whisk the cheese, parsley, and egg and quickly stir into the hot broth. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. I garnish the soup with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
