Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 Ciabatta , with herbs for baking
  • 1 tomato sauce, seasoned
  • 3 tomatoes, ripe
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly bake the bread and cut it lengthwise (like a roll). Spread both halves with the tomato sauce, if desired. Place the Parma ham on the bread halves, then lightly cover with a layer of arugula. Then add the sliced ​​tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the whole thing with the diced mozzarella and place it in the preheated oven (from baking) for about 10 minutes. Finally, garnish with roughly torn fresh basil.
