Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g mozzarella
- 50 g butter
- 12 slices of baguette
- 5 tomatoes
- 6 anchovy fillets
- oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Oil for the sheet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the anchovy fillets, blanch the tomatoes in hot water, skin, deseed, and dice. Add olive oil and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cut the mozzarella into 12 slices. Spread the baguette with butter and top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and 2 anchovy halves. Scatter the tomatoes over the top. Place the crostinis on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
