Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 g lettuce (white cabbage salad)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 1 bottle of sauce (garlic sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and line the salad rings completely. Clean the bell pepper and tomato, cut into small pieces, mix them, and arrange them on top of the cucumber slices. Drain the white cabbage salad and spread a thick layer over the bell pepper and tomato mix. Cut the cooked ham into approximately 1 cm cubes and also arrange them on top of the salad. Also, grate the cheese. Slice the boiled and cooled eggs and arrange them as densely as possible on the cheese. Then pour the entire bottle of garlic sauce over the eggs and smooth the surface. The salad should be refrigerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
