Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with ricotta filling from the fresh produce section
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 300 g ham
- 200 g peas, frozen
- salt and pepper
- 20 g butter
- ¼ cube of vegetable stock
- ¼ tsp herbs, Italian
- 300 g cheese, grated

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the ham. Melt the butter in a saucepan, lightly fry the ham, and add the peas. Now pour in the cream, sour cream, and sour cream and bring to a boil. Add 1/4 of the stock cube, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, and season to taste. Place the tortellini in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them, mix thoroughly, and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in a cold oven and bake at 170°C (350°F) for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
