Spaghetti in a pesto cream sauce with fried garlic prawns

Dice the onions and fry them in a little oil or butter. When they start to brown, add about 200 ml of water and wait until it has evaporated. Repeat this process 2-3 times. Pour the cream or crème fraîche over the cooked onions and bring to a boil. Stir in the pesto and gradually add the diced ham and thawed spinach leaves to the sauce. In the meantime, boil water for the pasta and finish cooking the pasta. Finely chop the garlic and fry it, preferably in garlic oil. Add the shrimp and fry well. Season the sauce with pepper and oregano, and serve with the spaghetti and shrimp.
