Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some olive oil for frying
- 250 g frozen shrimp
- 1 lemon(s)
- some spice mix (“Al Limone”)
- e.g. Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Thaw the frozen prawns. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the onion, chili, and garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil. Shortly after, add the prawns and fry. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice from one half. Slice the other half. Now add the lemon juice to the prawns with a ladleful of pasta water, then season with the spice mix. Once the spaghetti is done, add it and stir in the lemon slices. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
