Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 100 g bacon, streaky or dried meat
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some lovage (2 – 4 leaves)
- 4 spring onions
- Olive oil for frying
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Spaghetti con gelone
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Fry the bacon in a little olive oil until crispy and remove from the pan. Heat a little olive oil with the bacon fat and sauté the chopped lovage leaves and garlic. Add the chopped mushrooms. Fry well and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Then add the chopped spring onions and sauté briefly. Finally, season with balsamic vinegar. Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables. Drizzle with walnut oil and scatter with the bacon bits. Serve immediately.
