Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100 g bacon, diced or ham cubes
- 1 zucchini, depending on size
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg yolk
- Parmesan, to taste
- Salt
- pepper
- 400 g pasta, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the ham and zucchini; add the garlic and cook. Deglaze with cream and crème fraîche and simmer until the zucchini is soft. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and egg yolk and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve. Done!
