Spaghetti with delicious garlic bacon sauce

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Remove the stems from the tomatoes. Briefly immerse the tomatoes in boiling water and then rinse with cold water. The skin can then be easily peeled off. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Also finely dice the bacon. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and bacon cubes. Peel and press in the garlic. Halve the chili pepper, remove the seeds, cut into strips and add. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and mix well. Divide the pasta between plates and serve with Parmesan cheese.
