Spaghetti with onion sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 125 ml wine, white, dry
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • Salt and pepper, adM
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Parsley, chopped for sprinkling
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onion, slice it into thin rings, and fry it in oil until golden brown. Pour in the broth and white wine, add the spices, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 20 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and toss well with the sauce. Serve the spaghetti and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
