Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg beef (breast)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 3 large onions
  • 5 zucchini
  • 1 celery
  • 4 tomatoes, ripe
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and add it to a pot with 1.5–2 liters of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least an hour. When the meat is tender, add all the chopped vegetables and continue simmering until the potatoes are tender. Season the stew with salt, pepper, and granulated stock. You can also add a can of peeled tomatoes for an even better flavor.
