Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 300 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 375 ml vegetable broth
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- Paprika powder, hot
- Thyme
- oregano
- basil
- 1 can of corn
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hungarian casserole
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Brown the ground meat in oil. Add the onions and fry, then pour in the broth. Then add the diced potatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and add them to the pot with the tomato paste. Season with salt, paprika, thyme, oregano, and basil. Drain the corn and add it as well, heat until hot, and serve.
