Pasta sauce with tuna and tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can/n tuna, in water
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, fresh
  • 1 can/n tomatoes (plum tomatoes)
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil, then add the drained tuna and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add the chopped plum tomatoes with the sauce and bay leaves, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with plenty of black pepper and salt, add a little vegetable stock if desired, and simmer for another 10 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Done! Sprinkle with Italian hard cheese! Enjoy!
