Spaghetti in spinach and ricotta sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 300 g spinach
  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente and toss in butter. Wash and blanch the spinach. For the sauce, reduce the ricotta with a cup of cream, season, stir in the spinach, and puree.
