Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 piece(s) bacon, fat
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 jars of sausages (they don’t have to be Vienna sausages)
  • oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions. Finely chop the sausages, deseed and dice the bell peppers. Dice the bacon. Chop the onion. Sauté the onion in oil, add the bacon, and fry. Once the bacon is translucent, add the diced bell peppers and fry. When the bell peppers are al dente, add the water and stir in the tomato paste. Heat the sausages in the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with tagliatelle.
