Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g cheese (Montasio)
- 20 g butter
- 30 g onion(s)
- 140 g potatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes until half cooked, then peel and slice. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Add the grated cheese and sauté until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is completely melted. The cheese should be slightly crispy on the sides.
