Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 ml quince juice, from the steam juicer
- 300 ml sparkling wine, dry
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
makes 3 glasses of 430 ml each
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into jars. Seal immediately.
