Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 peppers, red, cut into strips
- 1 onion(s), large, cut into rings
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 800 g tomatoes, peeled from the can
- 300g penne
- 140 g sausage, sliced chorizo
- 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 25 g Parmesan, grated
- Butter, for greasing the oven tray
- White bread crumbs (possibly Weckmehl)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Fry the onion and bell pepper in oil for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook briefly. Stir in the tomatoes. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Stir the chorizo into the sauce, toss with the pasta, and place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs, rosemary, and cheese over the pasta, drizzle with oil, and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
