Cannelloni with minced meat and cream cheese filling

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • some oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 12 cannelloni
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finely chop the ham, dice the onion, and mince the garlic. Add everything to the minced meat and fry for a few minutes. Then add the tomatoes and cream cheese, bring to a boil, mix well, and season to taste. Fill the cannelloni with the sauce, place in a baking dish, and spread the remaining sauce over the cannelloni. Slice the mozzarella and arrange on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
