Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 16 slices of baguette
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blanch the tomatoes, peel, deseed, and dice them. Crush the garlic and mix with the olive oil and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the toasted baguette slices.
