Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 4 tbsp mineral water
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Sugar
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bunch arugula
- 200 g tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix 250g low-fat quark with 4 tablespoons of mineral water. Whisk together 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and a pinch of sugar and stir into the quark. Press in 1 garlic clove. Rinse and chop 1 bunch of arugula. Halve, deseed, and dice 200g of tomatoes. Stir both ingredients into the quark. Serve as a dip with vegetables.
