Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 oranges (organic), peeled, without white pith and seeds
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, best quality

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Orange salad

Cut the oranges crosswise into thin slices. Pit the olives. Arrange the orange slices attractively on a flat plate and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the olives, diced onion, and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes, then serve.
